Congratulations to Heather Mullins, BCS's one finalist for the Kick Butts Essay contest. All the essays were very well done, and we are proud of Heather making it to the finals. She read her essay Wednesday night to the Chester County Tobacco Free Coalition and did a wonderful job. Way to go, Heather!
